Today may not be my best plan...will be on the road all day.
Lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
SBUX
breakfast probably somewhere in Humble, mostly to kill time
?for lunch...will be in The Woodlands
?for dinner...don't know what time I will get home.
I will get in my liquids. Should walk plenty during day shopping.
I have taken most of vits/supplements already.

We Can Do Hard Things
Hope everyone is well. I'm all unpacked and things seem to be getting back to "normal" in the new Martinez household. I've only got three boxes left to unpack.
Finally have my treadmill in place and I'm happy to say I'm back on it this morning. My food has been good up until yesterday. I was a mess. Couldn't stop "grazing" for the life of me.
So......I'm back and working on a plan for today. Just no way around it. I must have my WLS support....

S - Turkey, Egg White, Cream Cheese & celery sticks
D - Talapia w/ some veggies

Lots of water
Snack: Protein Bar
Lots of water
Lunch: Am not sure about this one yet, am working on it...but if nothing else I have lots of protein bars hanging around

Good morning!! Not sure what my plans are for today... didn't do such a good job tracking or planning my meals over the weekend but the scale is still being kind!!! Not sure what I will do today... have a doctor's appt. then some errands (really just shopping) to do while I'm kid free this morning!!!

L: ???? maybe grab some chili from Wendys

D: fish/sweet potato

Well i didnt hop on the hag before work.. but i have about a 20lb regain i need to get off here. Im either not eating enough or eating too much. What is it about getting this far out and Efffing things up??? and of course its all in my hips/thighs/booty :( Why is it when i get away from my protein shakes, things go to hell.
ok so today...
B had 2 eggface bite thinggys on the way to work. - they were egg sausage and a lil cheese.
Having coffee now..

now if i need to snack in between i have a few cheesesticks here and im way behind on water (also not like me). So... here i am.. is it what it is :(
