Sorry it never got cranked up yesterday.  In the morning I was downloading something and it was taking forever to open up anything else and I'm not very patient.  It was mid-afternoon when I got home and was too late in my opinion to do it then.

Today may not be my best plan...will be on the road all day.

Lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
SBUX
breakfast probably somewhere in Humble, mostly to kill time
?for lunch...will be in The Woodlands
?for dinner...don't know what time I will get home.

I will get in my liquids.  Should walk plenty during day shopping.
I have taken most of vits/supplements already.

What's your plan?

Good Morning Karla and TMB,

Hope everyone is well.  I'm all unpacked and things seem to be getting back to "normal" in the new Martinez household.  I've only got three boxes left to unpack.

Finally have my treadmill in place and I'm happy to say I'm back on it this morning.  My food has been good up until yesterday.  I was a mess.  Couldn't stop "grazing" for the life of me.  

So......I'm back and working on a plan for today.   Just no way around it.  I must have my WLS support....

B - Protein Shake
L - Ham & Turkey Lettuce Wraps & Pork Skins
S - Turkey, Egg White, Cream Cheese & celery sticks
D - Talapia w/ some veggies
S - Protein Shake

But I got MMWI off early this morning, but that did NOT make me happy because I had to get on the HAG this morning and face the ugly truth!  The eating on weekends is getting out of control and I have to stop it!  I think it was only the last couple of days eating, and it was salty stuff, so I am hoping that it'll be mostly water weight. But who knows!  

So today's plan is
Bkfst: Greek yogurt
Lots of water
Snack: Protein Bar
Lots of water
Lunch: Am not sure about this one yet, am working on it...but if nothing else I have lots of protein bars hanging around
Lots of water
Snack: Protein drink
Lots of water
Snack: Jello Mousse
Dinner: Grilled Chicken and small salad

I've gotta do something, so might as well start the week off right!!!

Good morning!!  Not sure what my plans are for today... didn't do such a good job tracking or planning my meals over the weekend but the scale is still being kind!!!   Not sure what I will do today... have a doctor's appt. then some errands (really just shopping) to do while I'm kid free this morning!!!

Plan:
B: Cafe Mocha (from the Kuerig)
S: Believe RTD
L: ???? maybe grab some chili from Wendys
S: SF jello
D: fish/sweet potato
S: skinny cow or WW bar

Morning all,
Well i didnt hop on the hag before work.. but i have about a 20lb regain i need to get off here.  Im either not eating enough or eating too much. What is it about getting this far out and Efffing things up??? and of course its all in my hips/thighs/booty :(  Why is it when i get away from my protein shakes, things go to hell.

ok so today...
B had 2 eggface bite thinggys on the way to work. - they were egg sausage and a lil cheese. 
Having coffee now..
L - tuna packet
D - London broil.

now if i need to snack in between i have a few cheesesticks here and im way behind on water (also not like me).  So... here i am.. is it what it is :(

Ok, up to 131lbs as of yesterday! Need to reign ijn a little because all the extra food is upsetting my pouch! So, for today...

b-yogurt w/protein cereal
s- protein muffin
l- celery w/pimento cheese
    lunch meat
s-protein bar
d-something mexican, maybe a chalupa

also need to get in all fluids and a protein drink!!

I got my plan done finally.  Thanks, Liz, for the text!!!

L - deli turkey, cheese and double fiber bread
D - shrimp, black beans, salsa
S - lf cottage cheese and maybe a 2nd protein coffee  (LOL, maybe....like there's any chance I won't drink more coffee...at least I'm gonna put protein in it when I do)

vits - bout to go take them

water - might even drink some of that today, what the heck
