Happy Saturday everyone!!

I'm trying to be more active on the board, and I seem to be the only one up, so I'm starting the train today. Jump on board!

I'm up this early because I'm working 4 hours today.

I'm looking forward to the short work day and kind of wish I hadn't signed up, but I desperately need to build up my leave time, so I'm working for comp time today.

I heard from the doctor's office yesterday. Thiamine levels still haven't come up, so I have to begin a B complex or straight thiamine.   I'm not happy about having to add another supplement, but taking another supplement is better than neurological problems.  I also recently started a different iron, so even though that's still borderline, it should come up.

Warm thoughts are going out to everyone who needs them.

What are you doing today?

Mel were you taking a Super B or a B-1 already?  I had problems with B-1 for a while also, added 2 additional B-1s a day and brought it up fairly quickly.  Mine wasn't in the tank just below the range.

Neither. I've just been doing the multi. The doc didn't recommend the B to begin with, and the NUT said try eating more meat first. Mine is in the tank, but for now, I'm just going to add a B complex, I think.

Its great to see you starting the train! I hope the doc figures out how to get your levels up. Its a delicate balance for sure.

We're up and getting ready for the walk/run and Rise and Shine. I won't be walking so I'll drop Bryan off and maybe drive somewhere with Chris. This will be my first time driving so fingers crossed I can do it since I'm supposed to start driving to work Monday. I hope to see everyone there!

Good morning.  I hope for everyone helping with the "Hope For Eric" benefit that it is a great success...wish I lived in the Dallas area so I could help. Prayers that it turns out like it should!  Looks like weather will be great for it.

Good Morning!  I've been up about 30 minutes, woo hoo I actually slept in this morning.  Went to bed early too!

Not gonna do to much today except clean up around the house and I'm watching my niece later today while her mom works a softball tournament for my older niece.

Well im hopping on  late but im here lol.  Nice to see a new driver!!! Had a fun day so far,  ran a few errands, then brekkie with the peeps at Rise n Shine, got to see my babies (thanks Tom and Que for bringing them!!!!)  got the phone issues resolved (thanks sandi!) and got some yummy mango and cookies for the babies from one of my other fav sistahs! THen rode home with the Madden shades on, sunroof open and radio on high! What more could you ask for? oh ya a good man waiting on me at home lol.  ya well im ok other than that hehehehe :)
Now i have laundry going, some London Broil marinating and im stitting in the back yard with Dee's laptop (dont tell her) havin a lil mango and chillin.  
So pretty good day so far!!!
