Meaningful March Saturday

I'm off to the start of a "holiday" week with Spring Break.  It's always a challenge with holidays to reign in the free for all eating.  I will try to be a good girl with some self control.

today's plan:  (not necessarily a good one)
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed...tried new almond milk...yuck!
Click or Atkins shake
SBUX with Donna and Paige
lunch?  who knows what I can talk them into!
dinner?  don't know what the son will cook...

My plan is much like yours today Karla!  Wonder why LOL!!!  Dinner will be a protein bar.  My son has a birthday party at Incredible Pizza....not eating there!!!!

So happy that Spring Break is here!!!  Finally the winter blahs are fading and I am starting to feel rejuvenated!!!!  (HATE WINTER!!!) Drive careful and see you in a few hours!!!!!

Good morning guys.  Yesterday was such a bad eating day for me that I opted to skip the scale this morning.  We're going to friend's house tonight for dinner (ribs, baked beans, cobbler) so might not weigh tomorrow either.  Guess I'd better ride my bike today so at least I get some exercise.

Today's Plan:  didn't have one, and ate a whole bunch of crap I shouldn't have (spaghetti with the noodles, chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy...and that was the healthy stuff....plus cookies, candy, and I don't even remember what else).  I'm still eating like I was on vacation.  The worst part is that I've been eating like that since vacation LAST summer. LOL

Tomorrow's Plan:  geez, don't have one of those yet either, but my plan is to MAKE a plan.  That's a start at least.  Somebody ping me tomorrow if you don't see me post here.  I REALLY need the accountability right now.
