RACHEL-good for you, girl!!!!! I'm especially proud of you for not "waiting until Monday" to start. I love the 5dpt. I haven't "needed" it in awhile, but FIRMLY support it. Please remember-it is not INTENDED for weight loss, though many peeps report losing a few lbs on it, but is GREAT for "retraining the brain" and giving you a fresh "starting point". It's also a great way to de-carb. I'm always amazed at how restricted my pouch feels-and I'm nearly 8 years out!
Best of luck to you-you CAN do this-and CONGRATS at stopping your regain at only 20 lbs. I allowed mine to get over 70 (though I would only admit to 60). The 5dpt and "plateau buster" plan were instrumental in getting me back on track BUT BUT ,BUT I NEVER EVER EVER could have made it without my FAMILY HERE ON THE TMB. I strongly encourage you to post everyday and let us help you-now and forever!
We've missed you!!!!
