OK.  With much deliberation, I've decided to do it. I am going to start the 5 Day Pouch Test tomorrow. Per suggestion on a previous post, I should see if anyone wants to take the challenge with me. Anyone else out there pissed because their cute, designer jeans no longer fit? Yeah, the ones we spent WAY too much money on but didn't care because they were a size X? (fill in with whatever size that made you feel sexy). Anyone else game?

Rachel, I need to see if I have everything at home to do it, I believe I do.  Let me see when I get home and if so I'M IN.  I need to knock off a few lbs myself.

I'm so in if we can start Saturday... I have to go to the store to get the stuff! Yall let me know! I'm still doing well with weight loss, but I kinda feel like I've been snacking on too many carbs and I'd like to feel more restriction.  :-)

RACHEL-good for you, girl!!!!! I'm especially proud of you for not "waiting until Monday" to start. I love the 5dpt. I haven't "needed" it in awhile, but FIRMLY support it. Please remember-it is not INTENDED for weight loss, though many peeps report losing a few lbs on it, but is GREAT for "retraining the brain" and giving you a fresh "starting point". It's also a great way to de-carb. I'm always amazed at how restricted my pouch feels-and I'm nearly 8 years out!

Best of luck to you-you CAN do this-and CONGRATS at stopping your regain at only 20 lbs. I allowed mine to get over 70 (though I would only admit to 60). The 5dpt and "plateau buster" plan were instrumental in getting me back on track BUT BUT ,BUT I NEVER EVER EVER could have made it without my FAMILY HERE ON THE TMB. I strongly encourage you to post everyday and let us help you-now and forever!

We've missed you!!!!
