Meaningful March Thursday

It's hard to believe we will be 2 weeks in to March soon.  I was back down 2 lbs. today so feeling much better about what I'm eating!  I sure hope I don't see those 2 lbs. again tomorrow.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Click shake this afternoon
chicken n dumplings for lunch
chicken n rice for dinner

A little heavy on carbs for my meals but is all fixed and ready and convenient since I have work and homebound.

What's your plan?

 Morning Karla,

Here is my plan today:

Breakfast    Protein Hot Chocolate

Lunch         Tuna Salad


Dinner         Roast and Carrots and a salad with spray dressing


I don't plan on eating any snacks if I do it will be raw carrots or a piece of fruit.    Have a great day !!!

As you know I had the day from hell yesterday and ate about 700 calories in candy.  Well the scale actually DROPPED today, go figure.  I'm betting it will be back up tomorrow.  So far this month I'm down 3 out of the 5 lbs I want off.  Scale said 155.2 today....153.0 is right around the corner so I'll be hitting that execise bike in a few minutes.  Might even take a walk if it warms up.

Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: roast beef (thin sliced, medium rare)
Dinner: chef salad with LF ranch dressing.  Will add ham, egg and cheese to bump the protein.

Hey Karla!

Tracked every morsel I ate last week and was plesantly surprised at caloric intake.  This week, have not taken time to post or log food intake, but not doing too bad judging by scale and clothes.

Today's Plan:
B-Cream of Wheat
S-Banana
L-Sandwich:  Turkey, alvacado, FF Cheese, Sandwich Round by Sara Lee
S-?? Not sure yet but working out - something with Protein
D-Homemade Taco's

Probably won't be on rest of week, weekend, or next week due to travel - Hope Everyone has a Great Week.  Talk to you later this month!

scale is down for me as well again BUT I am famished today.  So i'm going to eat.  Trying to hold the line on carbs, but I think that's when my body rebels with the weird tummy issues.

Anyway, I am having my sub sandwich that I have been craving. I know it will fill me up and I will have to eat on it all afternoon since it's the 6 incher.  Think I need more frequent eating.

I did manage to eat my Fage yogurt this week with much needed splenda.  Seemed to help quite a bit but i don't know if I will get more.

Hang in there girls!  It's worth the trouble.
