Meaningful March Wednesday

Trudging along in our little Meaningful March...I didn't lose the 2 lbs. I found in the last 2 days...still hoping it's water retention or something else!  I know I've been pretty good and am exercising so I figure it will disappear soon.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Click shake
chef salad for lunch
chicken something for dinner

What's your plan?

Hi Karla & TMB Family,

I haven't forgotten about my TMB family.  My life is soooo busy with campaining right now that I don't hardly have time to breathe.  I am happy to report that the scale said 188 a couple of days ago. I had gotten back up to 195.  I don't check in often but I really try to the lose weight fairly quickly if I see a gain. I promise after March 27th things will hopefully be back to normal....maybe not LOL!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

hey there gals.

It's just the SOS.  scale up/ scale down.  Until I get my mind on exercise and no snacking I will stay in the see saw.

plan is protein protein protein as always.  I'll also be praying for some strength to get past the snack attacks.

I got so busy filling Dee Rag orders yesterday I forgot to go to WW to weigh in. So I got on he scales here at home this morning, it's usually about 1-2 lbs heavier than WW.  To my surprize it showed a 3lb loss so I just counted 2 of them to be safe. It'll all come out in the wash next week.

I guess getting off the nightly carb fest and making sure I got in as much water as possible was the key for me. Showing no loss at all last week made me think I may be going into my first stall so I was glad to see that wasn't happening.

Yesterday was also my beauty shop day...color, highlights and cut. My hairdresser said he could tell my hair had thinned just a bit but not really more than my usual winter time shed. He should know....he's been messing with my hair since we were about 12! He was more surprized to see how straight it was. I've lost almost all my natural curl but it does still have lots of body. As long as I keep my white ear to ear skunk stripe colored I still look normal!  You know...BWLS I let my grey hair go natural and really liked it....all that fat kept the wrinkles filled out! But now AWLS, as my face thins, sags a bit and my waddle developes, that grey just makes me look older!

We're leaving tonight for a long weekend dive trip to Balmorhea/Fort Davis. So todays food has just been nibbles of what I was fixing and packing. So far....

Pre-B...chai tea
B...chicken and cream cheese rollup
L....SW chicken juice and cottage cheese, Fage cheesecake bowl scrapings!
D....probably meatballs with Ragu Alfredo sauce.
S....apple and strawberries

Well the day got away from me... I was running around this morning like a chicken with it's head cut off and didn't get to post!!!  Some how I have managed to stay 154lbs for the past 3 days so I'll take that!!!!

Today I managed to stay just under 1200cal... but then the night isn't over yet!!!  Hope I can keep the snack monster under control for a little longer!!!
