Asking for Prayers for my Husband

Please send your thoughts and prayers to my husband today as he lost his Mom a few hours ago. He is in Denver with his brother and Dad and I stayed behind to hold down the fort.

It wasn't totally unexpected but in a way it was as she was fine a few days ago healing from a broken foot and a bad UTI. She had a bad reaction to the antibiotics and her organs started shutting down so I suspect she had an undiagnosed condition. He flew up there Monday morning and got to say good bye and tell her how much he loved her and what a good Mom she had been so that was a gift. I heard he even got her to laughing a bit through the pain. She held on long enough for him to make it and then went downhill fast. This morning when they went to see her she was talking to one of her sisters who had passed several years ago, so they had come to be with her as she passed over.

So happy Kyle was able to get home to see his Mom before she passed. I'm so sorry for y'alls loss, but glad that her sister had come to lead her Home. Please give Kyle a big hug for me when he gets home.

Sounds like all the timing came together well. Glad her sisters came too. Always a comfort to know there are loved ones there to take the hand of the one we've been holding so we can let go with love.
