Meaningful March Tuesday
I haven't really been bad at all...no girl scout cookies or anything but was up another lb. today...what's up. I know it's not what I ate. Hopefully it will go away!
My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chicken n dumplings for lunch
Tilapia for dinner w/ some veggies

I have doc visit with fasting lab at 10am, so am having some black coffee (ewww) and water this morning-sure don't want/need a caffeien withdrawl headache---have Click in a baggie ready for afterward-putting 1/4 cup milk in my lunch bag, and he has a water fountain-all set!
B: Click
L: Baked BBQ chicken/broccoli
S: small orange/shake
D: Roast/veggies-or shake if get home after 8-don't like to eat too late
Will have to make up my water later today...Exercise???? Hmmmmm

That felt good to say.Well did my weigh in...127.8!?!?! WTF!!! I am eating everything I can. High fat, eating constantly all day. Lots of sf dessert, high fat cheese, chips, etc...
I knew for sure I was up from 130lbs to 133lbs. Get on the scale and I have lost!! Ok...lets try again today:
Breakfast muffin w/butter
protein drink
1/2 Snickers protein bar
fruit salad
Taco Cabana taco salad
1/ potato knish
1/1 bery yogurt protein bar
sf banana nut ice cream---my new find at central market it is sooo goood packaged under the HEB label!
Any suggestions?

Ok I am going to be accountable daily ( Steph's suggestion ). My weight is the same this AM. Here is my daily plan.
Breakfast....Protein Shake
Lunch......4 oz. salmon salad ( homemade with onion, apple, pickle relish and FF Mayo )
Dinner.....Salad with Spray Salad dressing and baked pork chop
If I decide I need a snack it will be air popped popcorn.

I am behaving as well and it's UP again. Hate it. But our Gina is right, I need to get off that damn scale. I was not eating good this weekend and losing until Sunday. Geez, the mind games.
Course we KNOW mind games.
protein UP and water UP. Carbs will be avoided, especially after 8pm. Or at least I will try!
