I did 45 mins of Lat pull downs, Pec presses, Bicep and Forearm curls and then for grins and chuckles I added some leg curls.....
Apparently my hips didn't care for the leg curls, so it looks like more leg work is in my future..... LOL

I love that! "a big personal victory", that's what I consider working out at all to be now.... pre-op it consisted of walking from my car to the front door at the office and back once a day... LOL
I usually do 30 mins on the recumbent bike so that I can read and workout at the same time.... I call it quality me time, but this morning my sport top on my water bottle broke and I couldn't ride the bike, read and unscrew the top to my water bottle when I needed a drink all at the same time.... so I opted for some weight lifting instead... LOL

Ok, Seargent CARTER!
Last night I went to the gym and did 10 min on the elliptical then worked out on a bunch of the machines working my arms, abs, and legs - about 40 minutes total.
I think I am one of the few who exercised MORE before I had WLS
But I am trying to be more consistent with it so I don't lose muscle tone.

I rode my bike for 30 minutes this morning. I read and watch the news while I am riding...it goes by pretty quickly that way.
