I looked up your book on the internet and I don't know where I went, but they let you read the first 5 chapters for free.  I know it is not a "man" book, but found it pretty neat.  Good job from what I read.  Good luck with the next one.

George - THANKS!!  When I was writing this, I posted it one chapter at a time on a writers forum.  There were two men who couldn't quit reading and often helped with the male dialogue.

"No, Belle, a guy would say it this way..."

I think you were on Google.  All my books are set to let people read a portion of them for free.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I've written 10, with #11 due out this summer (if I'll actually get busy and finish the thing!).

Thanks for asking.

Good morning.  So glad it's only 5 days until Spring Break!  I have one ARD meeting this morning and plenty of paperwork to keep me busy.  When I get home I will make chicken n dumplings for my boss and her family.  I already have the chicken boiled and deboned.

Prayers for all who need them.  George's friend, Meggie, Eric, Tracey and any others.

Have a great Monday.  If you want to be accountable post on Meaningful March!

I miss those days of looking forward to Spring Break.  But that was when I was in school.  LOL.

Spring Break is only 5 days away!  No school for kids, no work for hubby, and no work for me but I do have online classes.  Hubby and the school's tech desk is helping me to download my lessons so I can work them at the lake and then come home and upload them later.  We don't have internet there right now.  We were looking at instaling, but it is so remote the only thing we're finding is Hughes Satellite at $350 a month and that just is NOT happening.  But this works for me.  So we are on countdown. All of us are tired and need the break.  SOOOO looking forward to some family time.

School is good, too.  Week 1 of 5 is done and I'm managing to hold onto an A in both classes by a hair.  And financial aid for next year was just approved.  WooHoo.

Pantry is stocked with lots of good tastin and healthy foods to keep me on plan. Hubby did housework while graphed slopes and finished laundry as I calculated probability. He's so cute, he even hung up my PJs.  :)  Life is good.

What about internet through your cellular company?  That's everywhere.  Verizon is awesome.

Good morning Train Riders!  As soon as Jeff gets ready we're going to go get my car from the shop.  I got hit with some stupid tax on the repairs.  My rear brakes started making noise about a year ago (yes 1 year!!), and due to the damage the repairs cost $500 instead of $200.  Lesson learned, take care of regular car maintenance or it becomes expensive maintenance.  Thank God for our emergency fund and for Jeff working full time hours for a while.

I had an amazing weekend!  Got to do lots of fun stuff, saw my favorite North Texas peeps, saw Phantom of the Opera, got to cuddle my 4 month old nephew and had an inspiring meeting with the church ministry team leaders last night.  I don't think I rested much at all, but it was definitely worth it.  This week is going to be pretty standard at work, trying to settle into a bunch of projects and make sure I'm doing a good job on them, not too many meetings thank goodness.  I don't have much planned in the evenings, so I'm going to officially start packing stuff for the move.  We've got a little more than a month to go and there's still a lot of stuff to sort through.

OK, off to get the car and then back home to work for the day.  Hope everyone has a great day.  Special prayers going up for Jenny/Eric and Rhi today, hoping they get very good news about Rhi and a non-surgical treatment plan.
