It's Official

I went in to see my Surgeon/NP on Friday for my 3 month post-op check up and it's official...I've lost 76.8 pounds. It's sad, but good to say that I can fit (snugly) but fit into one leg of the pants I wore to the hospital the day of my surgery!! At my appt. I showed my NP the dishes I eat out of and she wanted to know where I bought them to show others the portion size that we're supposed to be eating at this point in the process. Yeah me for doing something right!!!

Now to my new friend Mr. RNY, as James Brown so eloquently sang:

CONGRATS!!!!! 76.8 Lbs is a amazing amount to loose in 3 months. You are doing a awesome job with your WL. Keep up the good work and you will be at your goal before you know it.
