Meaningful March Monday

Off to a start on the second week of Meaningful March.  I was up almost a lb. today...I know I didn't eat that much yesterday so figure it was probably salt intake.  I think I was kinda heavy on it later in the day.  Hopefully tomorrow will look better.

I already rode my bike for 30 minutes this morning.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee...already downed
1 c taco soup and 1 c cabbage for lunch
chicken  n dumplings for dinner...making for boss and don't want to have to cook anything else.

What's your plan?

KARLA-yeaterday must have been "Sodium Sunday"-it's not something something I usually really worry about, but my rings, and even my socks are tight this morning, so I'm NOT gonna weigh, cuz I know the B in the Box would ruin my good mood-will up the water today and carry on...

I'm picking up a new Pampered Chef oven thing I ordered-kinda like the stones, but looks more like a ceramic casserole dish, with a lid-is supposed to cook chicken, etc with no water-in the microwave (or oven) in like 10 minutes-for $100 it oughta pluck the chicken for me too...but it looked like something I would really USE, instead adding to my "cabinet collection"

If it is the same thing I have you will LOVE it!!  I use mine all the time!!!  Chicken, Pork Loin, Turkey Breast.....you name it - cooks fabulous in their!

OK, confession time.  I didn't ride my bike yesterday.  But I PROMISE I'll ride it today.  Scale stayed the same.  Down 2.6 for March.  Need to drop another 2-3 lbs to be where I need to be.

Breakfast: protein drink (finished)
Lunch: hamburger patty, corn cobbette
Dinner: baked ziti

Vitamins are in and first 44 oz Diet Coke is down the hatch.  Yeah I know it's no****er but MY doc says they're OK.

Honey, you get exercise points for housework!!! Didn't you find the bedroom floor??? Your doing great! Our recumbant bike is still in the box and my bicycle is in the breakfast room!

I think I'm in the midst of my first stall. No weight loss last week and it's not looking good for this week. But I have been fighting the carb monster the last couple of weeks. What IS it about crunch carbs I just can't pass up?!?! Tomorrow is my official weigh in so we'll see.
