Meaningful March Monday
I already rode my bike for 30 minutes this morning.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee...already downed
1 c taco soup and 1 c cabbage for lunch
chicken n dumplings for dinner...making for boss and don't want to have to cook anything else.
What's your plan?

KARLA-yeaterday must have been "Sodium Sunday"-it's not something something I usually really worry about, but my rings, and even my socks are tight this morning, so I'm NOT gonna weigh, cuz I know the B in the Box would ruin my good mood-will up the water today and carry on...

I'm picking up a new Pampered Chef oven thing I ordered-kinda like the stones, but looks more like a ceramic casserole dish, with a lid-is supposed to cook chicken, etc with no water-in the microwave (or oven) in like 10 minutes-for $100 it oughta pluck the chicken for me too...but it looked like something I would really USE, instead adding to my "cabinet collection"

We Can Do Hard Things
OK, confession time. I didn't ride my bike yesterday. But I PROMISE I'll ride it today. Scale stayed the same. Down 2.6 for March. Need to drop another 2-3 lbs to be where I need to be.
Breakfast: protein drink (finished)
Lunch: hamburger patty, corn cobbette
Dinner: baked ziti
Vitamins are in and first 44 oz Diet Coke is down the hatch. Yeah I know it's no****er but MY doc says they're OK.
