Meaningful March Sunday
I am at the same wt. today which is -5 lbs. from beginning our March journey.� Yesterday I did some housecleaning and worked in the yard for my exercise.� Moving sure helps the losing or maintenance!
Today's plan (not fully thought out yet):
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Mexican food for lunch probably
Fish or leftover crockpot chicken for dinner w/ eggplant

I weighed yesterday..was happy, but swore to myself I was NOT going to get caught up in numbers again, and get myself all jacked up over the B in the Box.A MUCH better "measure" of my week was finding clothes to fit that were too small a short while ago-LOVE LOVE LOVE shpping in the closet!
I wokred 8pm last night-5:30 this morning, but didn't eat anything that wasn't in my "planned bag"--and even brought half of it back home. Am having some protein pudding now-will call it breakfast.

We Can Do Hard Things
Ok guys I'm beginning to be a convert to the exercise thing. I'm now down 2.6 lbs since Monday. I'm safely back in the middle of my range. I saw 155 on the scale this morning for the first time in a long time.
Plan for today~protein shake for breekie, lunch will be leftover steak and coleslaw, dinner- hamburger patty, corn. Also included in that plan is to ride my bike, take my vitamins and force those liquids.
Come on "those of you that don't regularly post" ~ show us your plan for today. We need more people posting. You can be in any stage of your weight loss journey to post with us so just jump onboard.
