It's Gotta come Out!
That is the final word from the Doc. The gallbladder is bad and will just get worse. So, sometime in the next 2 weeks, it's coming out.
The ejection rate on the Hida Scan yesterday was 14%. So whatever that means, it ain't good. I am still having pain today and if I never knew where that sucker was before, I know exactly where it is now. The pain today is because my gb has not drained from yesterday.
So, What I knew it wasn't, is what it is. I am bummed, depressed and shocked. Will keep you posted on exact dates.

I'm so sorry you have to have surgery and you are in pain. Any surgery is frightening especially since you have seen TOO many hospitals!
Considering all of the things you could have had that is associated with abdominal pain, that's a good diagnosis!
Try to see the good side(s): It's nothing worse; it's treatable; you'll feel SO MUCH better once it is removed, etc!
I'll be watching for updates!
