Life really is good
You know I b**ch and moad about my life and how unhappy I am and then I have days like today! Want to share something that happened today that only you guys would understand. I was out in the backyard in the park this afternoon with Tim and Jon. Running around playing chase with Jon while Tim took pictures. (Never thought I would be able to do that) Then we went on the jungle gym, and I climed it. Then came the slide...Well I went down smiling from ear to ear because I have not been on one in many many years. I made that comment to Tim, and he looked at me and said a few years ago Mom you would not have been able to fit down it! Now comments like that make life all worth while! I love this tool that I have been given and life truely is good! Hugs!

Isnt it great to be able to do those things, instead of run and hide from them.
Shortly after Don moved to GA, they were having the Fall Fair in ******* (where I live), and guess what we did??? We rode 'Fair' rides...roller coasters, ferris wheels, etc etc and enjoyed every one of them. Do you think that me at 248 pounds and Don at 331 pounds (our surgery weights if we had know each other at those times) would ever have thought about going to the fair, much less riding those rides...the only one that we would have probably even thought about riding would have been the ferris wheel or the one that carries you from one end of the park to the other. DEFINITELY NOT !!!!
