Meaningful March Saturday
I'm pooped and climbing in bed and won't be getting up early I hope.
I don't have a plan yet, but will get in my liquids and protein along with vits and supplements.
What's your plan?

L- can't wait we are eating at a NY style Deli---Hot pastrami w/melted provole on rye bread with russian dressing and cole slaw ( fortunately the sell 1/2 sammies) and part of a potato knish!! YUMMO
D-maybe cottage cheese fruit and or leftover sandwich
S- SF Moo Bar
Must drink lots of fluid!!

Good morning... I logged on to fitday to make out my plan for today and well... nothing sounds good!! So I'm not really sure what I'm going to end up eating today.
The only thing I know for sure about today is....

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Didn't have a big plan but here's what I've had:
88 oz. fluids
protein coffee
all my vits/supplements
Chef salad for lunch
crockpot chicken and brown rice with some eggplant on the side for dinner
handful of nuts
I worked in the hard 1.5 hours...should have burned off plenty of calories plus dusted and cleaned the bathrooms and wrestled Limo in the bathtub after he and I finished in the yard. His favorite part is riding in the golf cart to load and dump the leaves!

Dang woman, I sat at the computer most of the day. I DID however ride my bike 3 miles cuz I think you've got a camera trained on my den to check up on me.
I did end up having that protein drink for lunch and now we're about to cook steak and coleslaw with LF dressing for dinner. I bought GS cookies but haven't opened the box YET...will have TWO for a snack later tonight.
