I looked up a typical protein shake for me and it is 185-240 calories, depending on whether I use one scoop or 1-1/2 scoops of protein powder. The powder I use is GNC and it 120 calories per scoop so it would be 120 or 180 calories. Then I use about 1/2 cup of the 2% Mootopia which is another 60 calories, but an additional 7 grams of protein.
I think you definitely need to up your calories and protein. 2 shakes and a protein bar for me have more than 500 calories alone. What kind are you using???

I started using the Atkins ones because they have low carb, low sugar, and I can handle them easier. The other ones are too hard to drink.

Michele - I lost nearly as much in year 2 as I did in year 1 and I'm still losing inches at 2.5 years out.... Take a deep breath. Everyone's body is very different and you really can't judge your progress to others. Just eat right, workout and trust the process.
