Hmmm....I'm a terrific teacher. The biggest thing I miss about owning my quilt shop is the loss of teaching. I'm also a terrific wife....according to Beast the best one he ever had! We've been together since we were 14/16 so what else could he say!?!?! LOL!

Hey You Guys!
I'm alive! I have tubing inside my nostrils and I have to tape gauze to the underside of my nose (attractive), but I already feel less sinus pressure. I am hoping that next Wednesday when they take this mess out that I will be able to breath like a real person. I noticed yesterday that I could feel airflow in places that I hadn't ever before. Who knew?
Please keep me in your prayers! I am still feeling the effects of the anesthesia, and the straws in my nose are less then fun. Pray for Dirk as he deals with me too...poor guy. He's been a real trooper. He has taken yesterday, today, and tomorrow off just to be here for me. What a guy!
Something terrific about me:
I genuinely care about others. I am a great therapist. I try to be a good friend.

I had my nose fixed... I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinators. The tissue from the turbinators was causing no airflow in or out of my sinus cavities. Everytime I developed a sinus infection I had no circulation to let anything breath and heal. My EENT removed the turbinators and straightened my septum. I now have tubes in my nostrils till next Wednesday. Hopefully this will help with my sinus infections which should then help with not getting bronchitis/pneumonia all the time. I have had 6 sinus infections since about the beginning of the year.

Good afternoon! Just getting a moment to read and try to catch up a little. Busy at work which I'm ok with as long as I have the tools needed to get my job completed.
What's terrific about me? Life is terrific and I'm believing that. It is what I make it to be and I will make it terrific. I've been truly blessed in life with family, friends, a good career, a home, vehicle, food, health (for the most part). I could go on and on I'm feeling really blessed.
