Meaningful March Thursday

Okay...we're 4 days into March.  Are you making it Meaningful?

Whohoo...I'm down 4 lbs. today...I desperately need to stay on track to keep the scale moving down.  My tool works when I put it to use!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz. I work at it hard from the time I get up
protein coffee downed
chef salad for lunch
Atkins shake
Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner
hi pro snack

What's your plan for today?

Well I seem to be gaining what you are losing... happy for you not so much for me!!!!  Need to try really hard to stay on plan the next week since I can't exercise!!  Who would have ever thought that I'd be upset about not being able to go to the gym!!

Took some of my "good" pain meds last night and slept like a baby.  Hip is still sore but does feel better then last night!

I'm having an... "interesting" March so far, but did get back to a few basics myself.   Other than work hades this month, I've been tracking food all week and discovered that I'm not eating enough calories...    Now, THAT was a surprise.

Okay on exercise for the week - not  great but okay.

Today's plan looks a little different.
B-Cream of Wheat
S-Sliced Bell Peppers
L-Leftover Turkey from Dickies BBQ
S-Banana (then workout)
D-Pot Roast with Veggies

Going to see how today shakes out in terms of calories...

Focus today is again on liquids....I actually feel dehydrated.  Brought all my snacks home from work and will go back to just taking each days food.  Too easy to munch on them.

So plan:

lunch: chicken chilli with 2 crisps
afternoon snack:  protein drink
dinner: talapia
snacks: sf pudding, protein bar

This is scary! I am eating evry hour and still not gaining weight!!Food yesterday:

protein bagel with cream cheeses
Bites of grapefruit, orange, apple, tangelo,etc at CM
*small bean and cheese nachos
1/2 humongous fried chicken wing, 4 stalks celery
1/2 cup New Orleans trail mix
pure protein drink
6 cheese nachos
1 cup Tiajuana Crockpot pie (oh so good!!)
1/2 cup mootopia and 4 sf oreos!!

and down 1lb today!! Scary

today eat more fruit and veg!!

OMG who put the NASTY in greek yogurt!!! Oh wow, it needs some sweet.  Put it in my cereal with some SF mandarin oranges.  Must adjust that puppy.

Woo hoo to you Karla! Great Job!  I am proud of you.

Still eating the 'right' stuff, just not feeling it. Scale is better but I gotta keep at it, just like you.  More liquids, less late night snacking no matter what it is.

Paying special attention to empty carbs this week, so far so good. Still need more water so I have my 5 bottles of water sitting out where I can see them all day, maybe that will help since I don't get thirsty.

B....cottage cheese...today is raspberry and french vanilla
L....Black Forest ham and cheese rollup, carrots
S....cheese snack
D....shrimp something, not sure what
LNS....Fage cheesecake yogurt
