Meaningful March Thursday
Whohoo...I'm down 4 lbs. today...I desperately need to stay on track to keep the scale moving down. My tool works when I put it to use!
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz. I work at it hard from the time I get up
protein coffee downed
chef salad for lunch
Atkins shake
Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner
hi pro snack

Took some of my "good" pain meds last night and slept like a baby. Hip is still sore but does feel better then last night!

Focus today is again on liquids....I actually feel dehydrated. Brought all my snacks home from work and will go back to just taking each days food. Too easy to munch on them.
So plan:

lunch: chicken chilli with 2 crisps
afternoon snack: protein drink
dinner: talapia
snacks: sf pudding, protein bar
protein bagel with cream cheeses
Bites of grapefruit, orange, apple, tangelo,etc at CM
*small bean and cheese nachos
1/2 humongous fried chicken wing, 4 stalks celery
1/2 cup New Orleans trail mix
pure protein drink
6 cheese nachos
1 cup Tiajuana Crockpot pie (oh so good!!)
1/2 cup mootopia and 4 sf oreos!!
and down 1lb today!! Scary
today eat more fruit and veg!!

Still eating the 'right' stuff, just not feeling it. Scale is better but I gotta keep at it, just like you. More liquids, less late night snacking no matter what it is.
