Meaningful March Wednesday

Whohoo...think I got the day and month correct today!  I am down 3 lbs. since Monday...sticking closely to my plan and exercising has helped.  Of course, those 3 lbs. were additional ones I had added, so they really needed to come off.

I had about 1300 calories yesterday, exercised and felt it was a successful day.

My plan for today:
protein coffee
Atkins shake
leftover Mexican casserole for lunch
sf pudding cup
tilapia and sweet potato for dinner
sf coconut pudding for snack

What's your plan?

Good for you Karla!!!!  Today is going to be a stressful one with writing TAKS today!!!  I have an out of control 4th grader that I will testing today!!!!

Good monring! I did great yesterday-except for no****ing the brisket I planned for supper-looked at it and just knew it wasn't gong down...so I had protein-laced pudding instead-with a SF popscicle for dessert..

Today" plan:

B: Click (my new order came in-taking one can to work)

L: Baked chicken/green beans/small baked potato

S: LF Yogurt with apple

E: walking 30 min uphill, then 20 min with weights with Physical Therapist

S; Drink GNC Choc/Caramel shake on the drivwe home

D: Gonna try to look that brisket again

We have Chris's gf, Lindsey's 18th birthday party tonight (she's actually 4 or 5-a Leap Year baby). It's at a coffee shop-I'll havw a baggie of Click in my purse!

Paige, will be a stressfull to me wondering when I will get to pick up my 4th grader today UGH! I have told hime ot take his time but I hope he does not take to much LOL!  I have been dreading this one as his teachers do not think he will pass it.

Plan:
stick to my liquids (I am struggling mostly with this) so this is going to be my focus  for the next few days to get back in the habit.  I have decided that I need to go back to eating and drinking on a schedule to help me stay focused.  that is what helped me early one.  So I am glad I used to journal that and will try following that.  I know that i need to water and I also have not been drinking the protein which will help curb the hunger.  So that is my focus this week. 
I hope to me released to start excercistng soon.

Good morning friends...I'm down ONE pound in 2 days.  Not great but DOWN is always good.  4 more to go til I'll be really HAPPY.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: Sandwich thin with melted provalone and ham
Dinner: grilled shrimp, corn on the cobb?? Not really sure yet.

About to head back to that darn bike.  So far knees feel OK this morning.

Yesterday was my weigh in day and I stayed the course, 0 lost...but also 0 gained so I'll take it. The carb monster has been stalking me last week. Those nightly bowls of cereal just started a chain reaction of wanting more and more and staying hungry. So funny how few carbs it takes to totally throw me off. So today I'm boycotting those useless carbs and concentrating on more protein and water.

I also didn't cook this weekend so there's nothing fixed and ready for lunches. I really don't like this out of control feeling, sort of like wandering from meal to meal with no clue. I do NOT make the best choices this way! Today I will finish my plan of running around town taking care of bidness and tomorrow the kitchen will be open.

I just logged my food and did REALLY WELL so far today

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
Dinner: grilled shrimp and scallops with ****tail and tarter sauce
NO SNACKS???  Wondering if I have a memory block but I can't remember eating any...

So far:  Calories: 674  Protein 82...I have room for 1/2 cup of real ice cream tonight, woohoo!!

Whohoo...I logged my food too and ate TWICE as much as Steph!

I ate what was on my plan...well will eat sf coconut pudding in a bit.

Calories: 1400  protein = 112 g   Drank 100 oz. water and took all vits/supplements

Girl that's still an OK calorie count. I guess I just got busy and forgot to eat.  That never happens to me but I was online all day and I made a huge batch of trash today so I guess I wasn't thinking about food for a change.
