I did 45 minutes at the gym yesterday, and about an hour today... And I'm hurting like hell. LOL

Steph, that exercise bike can kick your butt...so kudos to you for staying on it!

Mari, that's awesome about the yoga.... I might try it as well!

Jodi, girl, the typing can count as exercise. You burn calories with your fingers too. LOL

Add me to the excused list unfortunatly.  Yesterday was my first day without that boot since my surgery 12 weeks ago and today when stepping out of bed I felt the tendons that were repaired rip right out of place.  They are currently only being eld at the bottom where they are screwed in so I am backin a brace back to restriction.  To think I have gone through all this for the past 12 weeks for nothing is depressing.  I am going to try the yoga onthe wii fit though see waht I can do not using that foot.  I ahve to do something I am going stir crazy at this point.

Donna, that I so sad.  Hopefully it will heal up correctly soon-you've got to be able to run and hang with us in 2 months.

i walked on my treadmill for the first time in a year last night...did only 6 minutes and was bored!  i'm planning on doing better tonight!

I did my 30 minutes on the recumbent bike this morning, as I do six days a week out of sheer terror that if I ever let myself skip a day (except Sundays), I'll never get on the damn thing again.
