Cheddar
Provolone
Mozzarella
and others - most all except I'm not crazy about swiss and can't stand the bleu cheeses

Mild Cheddar
American
Colby Jack
Jalepeno Jack
Cream Cheese

That's about my list of go to cheeses.  I've never heard of half the ones you real cheeseheads have listed!  I gotta get out more!

1.  My all-time fave is Parmiggiano Reggiano---fresh-grated---soooo much better than the stuff in the green can! I always keep it on hand.
2. I love Brie but don't eat it often because it's so high in fat.
3. Love Havarti but it's also high in fat.
4. Sharp cheddar---I buy 2% for everyday use.
5. I like string cheese sticks for grab-and-go snacks.

2)  Veleeta -  gotta have it..........in eggs.....  ymmeoooo

Yall, I may not be as experienced with some of these fine cheeses as you are, but I love cheese more than all of yall put together! Hehee.

My #1 is cheddar. extra sharp. higher in fat, I know...
