Meaningful March Tuesday

Okay...where the heck is everyone?  Anyone else out there want to be accountable or at least make an attempt to be accountable?  Even just having a plan helps you stick to it.  No plan = no stick!

All of us know that writing it down and putting it out there for others to see helps us be more accountable.

Did well on my plan yesterday!

Today's plan:
exercise at least 1/2 an hour: already rode bike for 31 minutes
drink at least 100 oz. fluids
protein coffee already downed
chef salad for lunch w/ lite Caesar
Baked tilapia for dinner
sf banana coconut pudding w/ added protein for dinner
click shake

Have taken most of vits/supplements for the day

What's your plan?  Do you even have one?

I was sitting here, waiting for YOU!!! I don't like to start someone else's thread...seems rude, somehow...

Today's plan:

B: Click (and have 2 containers in the mail already-not gonna run out again)

S: small strwberry greek yogurt

L: Marinated, baked chicken with green beans

E: Minimum 30 minute walk at work, then work out with weights in the therapy gym (the PT at work is helping me)

S: GNC Strawberry/banana shake (on the way home)

D: BBQ chicken, grilled squash

Got a bit confused this morning when I saw Meaningful March Monday!!!   Certainly don't want a do over on that!! hehehe

Today is family fitness day so we will all be headed to the gym tonight after work as the kids have fit academy!!!   Did horrible last night during the bachelor... Steph's trash mix was more like crack last night!!!!!

Okay new day... new plan!

Oops...didn't even notice I didn't put Tuesday!

I may need you to help me w/ the digital scrapping...I ordered Photoshop Elements 7 for $25...should be here...already downloaded a good bit of "stuff"...will try a tutorial and if I can't figure it out I'll see when you might can help me...I might need "resource" digital scrapping classes!

I'm here...not working today...
I did well yesterday too, scale rewarded me with a 1/2 lb drop. 

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: chicken salad on sandwich thin
Dinner: grilled chicken, salad with light ranch.

I need to make some sf/ff pudding to have around for snacks.  And yes, I WILL ride my bike this morning cuz KARLA told me I have to!!

Today was my weekly weigh in at WW. I broke even this week...no loss but no gain either. That's only the second time since surgery I haven't lost something. But I know why. I've had quite a bit of jerky the last 3 days so I know I'm retaining water and carbs have been following me around, namely dry cereal. 3 nights of a bowl of cereal before bed and several days of cereal sprinkled liberally on my yogurt. Plus I haven't been drinking my water so there again....nothing in to flush stuff out. And lastly, I upped my calories in anticipation of regular exercise and it just never happened this week. I'm going to leave the calories there because I still plan the E stuff but I'll make a point make a point to clean up the carbs. So...nothing super serious but the potential to start bad habits if I don't nip it in the bud now.

On the other hand....I'm enjoying being about to buy clothes in regular stores. I enjoyed just trying on clothes at Pro Bass Shop on Sunday while Beast was busy elsewhere in the store. I've never done that! Those kinds of Wows is what helps keep me going.

Calories: 1300

Protein: 120 grams
Liquids: 110 oz.
took all vitamins and supplements
rode my bike 31 minutes

Food:
Click w/ extra scoop vanilla protein powder in water
protein coffee
Chicken broth
decaf coffee w/ creamer
chef salad w/ lite caesar for lunch\
1/2 c sweet potato w/ 1 Tbsp. I can't Believe It's Not Butter light
8 oz. baked tilapia
1 c sf pudding

Great food day...calorie/protein and taste wise.

OK, Karla, you made me feel guilty so I logged my food too.  I was very surprised-even with my snack size Milky Way I did good so far today.

Total calories: 962   Protein: 80

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: chicken salad on a sandwich thin (1/2 sandwich), pretzel crisps (one serving), salad with low fat ranch dressing
Snack: fun size frozen Milky Way
Dinner: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, salad with low fat ranch and 1 oz chedder cheese.

Plus I rode my bike for the first time since I bought it.  Now my knees are popping like kettle corn and I'm hobbling like the senior citizen I (almost) am.
