Turrrrriffic Tuesday WLS Express

morning yall,
well it better be a turrriffic tuesday and yall say a prayer for my co workers coz i havent been to sleep yet lol.  Doesnt look promosing before alarrm time either lol.  Oh well, what else is new right? long day ahead for me as after work im on a jet plane to sunny (i hope) Florida for some training for work... should arrive there around 11pm, then get a car and drive to the hotel etc etc lol... Hopefully a nap on the plane lol.  Oh well, again, should be fun, meet some new folks, etc and so forth...
So whats on everyone else's agenda today? 

I havent notived a post from Ms. Nina lately.  Hows school going dearie??
Alissa did you sleep any or stay up playing price is right on your iphone all night?
Roomie still sickie... but at least she's finally resting so hopefully on the road to recovery...

Good Morning Liz and the rest of my TMB Family,

Nice to see a fresh face getting us started this morning.  Thank you.  I am slowly getting back into the swing of things.  Miss family in FLorida like crazy though.  I have a doctors appt this afternoon with a General Surgeon.  Finally going to see about some explority surgery and getting some of the adhesions removed.  About time I guess.  It has been almost 3 years since my tummy has been bothering me.  Spring is only 2 weeks away.  I cant wait.  I am tired of cold.  I want 60 degree weather so I can get out.  Mark informed me yesterday that starting tomorrow I will be going to the gym with him first thing in the morning and doing a very slow treadmill.  Still having tons of pain in my back and hips so will take it very slow.   If you would all continue to keep my Uncle in prayer that would be great.  Hospice has said six months but we will see.  Also Mark's grandmother (who will be 101 in April).  They are having Hospice come in and evaluate her in the next couple of days.  She has Congestive Heart Failure with a pace maker and they say her heart is preey inlarged.  Ok enough bad news.  We will find out if Mark makes Sr, in the next few days.  If he does not then we need to start the process of looking for a house, in Florida and will plan on going there in October in Mark gets out of the service. (retires) Ok guess that is all from Dover.  Prayers this morning for all spoken and unspoken needs.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.

WOOOOHOOO for Tuesday!  Shook up my workout routine some this morning, and my shoulders are complaining about it... guess I really should work them some more often.... LOL  It's my DD Laurita's birthday today, she turned 30.... ACK.... I'm not old enough to have a 30 yr old, really.... oh hell..... I need a drink.... LOL

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Good morning! Liz, I was good and only played 1 game since I didn't get in installed onto my phone until 11pm. I wanted to play more but I have all day today. Its not like I have anything else to do! Have a safe trip today!!! I just woke from a dream where I was the pilot of a plane-weird. And I'm glad Dee is at least resting better.
Michelle- good luck at the doctor today- I hope he/she will be able to help you and soon. You are right-its gone on too long.
Karen-Happy Birthday to your daughter! How does she feel about turning 30? I didn't really mind 30 like some people do.
Gina- did you work all day and do okay after your early start to the day? Do I get to give you gold stars for today too?

I didn't feel well yesterday- horrible sinus headache and no meds in the house. I basically tried everything I could as far as what I did have on hand plus head and ice on my head and none worked-I just dozed on and off all morning. Thankfully my FIL came early to get me and took me to Walgreens so I could get sinus medication. Then we got Chris and went to Dallas for his appt. He dropped us off and then Bryan got us afterwards and brought us home. SO frustrating that it still burns so badly. I WISH I had something to look forward to this week that was FUN. Everyone works during the day-I know. OH well, I'll live. LOL.

Prayers for a good surgery and quick healing for Tracey. When is the surgery again?

Same ole same ole in my corner of the world. My new Director of Nurses started yesterday. I feel sorry for her-she's never been a DON before-not sure she's ever worked in a nursing home before-she's in for for some rude awakenings. It's like never having worked an ER before and being thrown into Parkland or JPS. I bet she doesn't wear those high heels TODAY..lol

Anyone have an update on Eric R? I'm feeling like I'm missing something..

We need to keep PRINCESS LORALEA and her dtr, KATELYN, in prayers as they run the WDW Princess Half Marathon this coming Sunday. For various reasons-mostly dang lack of $$$-Princess TRACEY  and I were not able to go this year, so let's cheer on our sister and neice!!!!

MICHELLE-special thoughts for your family-and don't let anyone put "time limits" on your uncle. NOBODY, this side of Heaven, KNOWS. We are not library books-we do not EXPIRE. Just let him take each hour/day as it comes, and cheri****and don't let anyone let him hurt.

Okay...better get dressed and out of here, before ALISSA has to start ripping my gold starts off my chart, for slacking..

Thank you Gina.  You need to know that your last words of wisdom you sent were actually printed out, given to my Mom and to various family members.  I so trust your thoughts, and ideas when it comes to this stuff.  I was very lucky in that I got to say my good byes and thank yous to him before I left to head back to Dover.  Hospice has been wonderful to my Aunt an cousins.  He is not in any pain, except for a UA, and they are giving antibiotics for that!  Please if you can think of anything else that would help to pass on to the family let me know.  Thank you for being the angel you are!  Love you much!

As I was laying in bed this morning I started thinking that I am financially better off this year than I was last, I am better off physically than last...   soooo with that being said: LET'S get our butts in gear for next year!!! If we put the deposit down in the next few weeks and train like we were SUPPOSED to all last year- we could REALLY do something!

Do you SMELL that???!!!??   (It's a challenge!!) 

PS- I need to do this to keep myself motivated!

I'll take that challenge!!  I'm more than a little disappointed in myself that I'm not in the shape I was last year to run this whole thing.  But it's my own fault, no one to blame but me.  I'm just thankful that I'm healthy enough to walk it. 

I was thinking the other day, that it's never too late to train.  So what if I don't start training until AFTER the marathon...LOL  That will just get me ready for the next one!  So, I'm IN!!

You gonna bring the golf club for the Arlington runs or am I?? hehe (or better yet- even if we don't meet somewhere in the middle, let's at LEAST meet SOMEWHERE!)
