Meaningful March Monday
Let's get March off to a good start. I digressed rather than progressed in February. I need to tighten the belt for March.
I plan on logging in my food. It makes me much more aware of what I'm taking in. I already rode my bike for more than 30 minutes this morning.
My plan for today:
over 100 oz. liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
Mexican Tijuana casserole for lunch
Steak salad for dinner
Hi pro only snack and I WILL stick to it.

So today is it! Day 1 and I will stay with it this month to get MAINLINED back where I should be. I do have pounds to disappear, but more importantly I have to leave the crap behind and log and plan and stay with it. I have logged my food for the day and it's packed for work and cooked for dinner.
breakfast - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 low carb english muffin
lunch - beef barley soup with salad - all toppings measured and added
dinner - stuffed chicken breast and pinto beans.
water, water, water, water.
this is at about 1200 calories and 80 protein. Salt is a bit high and carbs are higher than they should but much less than that past, oh, two months.

My calorie total today should be around 1200 with protein about 60. Could be better could have been worse!!! Still planning on doing 3 miles on the treadmill tonight.
