Hi I am Lisa and I live outside of Tyler Tx and I was wondering if there is anyone in this area that wanted to get together and work out at the YMCA or walk on the track, I am 6 weeks out from my RNY and wanting to start working out... and it is always better to have workout buddies.

Lisa....wished you lived closer to me and I would walk with you. You might want to post this on some of the other messageboards. Maybe someone on one of them from the Tyler area will want to walk with you. Good luck and congrats on your surgery !!!
