I'm right there with you. I"m holding steady but not making good choices. I got into my Easter Egg stash again last night...Damn Chick-o-sticks.
Yesterday's meals:
breakfast: bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: none officially...banana, candy
Dinner: goulash and french bread
Snacks: easter candy
Not seeing much protein there!!
No plan for today yet. Will be running around all day so we'll have to see what we end up eating. I don't even have any protein drinks made up-YIKES-it's not sounding like a very good start to my day.

I am aiming for having soup and salads for lunch every day. I also got some greek yogurt. Lord, that's expensive but the protein is very high. Will add my protein cereal or some SF mandarin oranges.
Dinners need to be heavy protein as well and I need to indulge in some veggies!
Now that's for next week, so today it'**** and miss. I am going into in an hour and this evening is dinner at church. I usually UNDER eat on the weekend. Well, aside from last weekend.

A bunch of running around today.... not real sure what my plan is.
Starting with my click, then will probably pick up some Wendy's Chili for lunch, and some kind of fish for dinner... going to try to stay away from all the snacks today!!!
Speaking of snacks... Stephanie can you post your trash recipe again???

Steph's Trash Mix
Mix the following in a large roasting pan
4 bags microwave popcorn (Light)
1/2 box Crispix cereal
1/2 box Corn Pops Cereal
1/2 bag pretzel sticks (broken into pieces)
Heat on stove and bring to a boil (stir constantly)
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup liquid Butter Buds (reconstitute from powder)
1/2 cup white corn syrup
Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp baking soda- it will foam so keep stirring.
Pour over cereal/popcorn mixture slowly until everything is lightly coated.
Spread on 4 cookie sheets that have been covered with foil and sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool until hardened.
Break apart and store in airtight container (rubbermaid/plastic container).
Will keep for 2-3 weeks.
I use the large boxes of cereal and adjust depending on how much caramel sauce I have.
