Medicare and Medicaid
Hi....there is a thread tacked to the top of the messageboard specifically for Medicare & Medicaid doctors listings. You can try looking through there to see if anyone has posted a surgeon who accepts both. If you don't see one listed as accepting both, pick one that takes one or the other and call them to see if they accept both.

Since you state that you are in Fort Worth, Call Shante Legington at Plaza Medical Center. She is the bariatric services cordinator out there and she will be able to point you in the Medicare/Medicaid direction. Plaza is a Bariatric Center of Excellence which is now needed for Medicare/Medicaid to be performed there. Her direct number is 817-347-1129 and tell her Chris Skidmore sent you LOL.

The only reason I'm not saying that my doctor is taking both is because I don't know if he only just takes Medicare or both at this time.
