Faithful February Friday

Just a few more days until Meaningful March begins...get on the bandwagon if you are ready to be accountable.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Click shake
unsure for lunch or dinner...don't have a good plan.  I will be testing on a different campus and don't know how long it will take so I don't want to take a lunch...haven't thought about dinner and will probably eat out.

Good morning!!!  Glad it's the end of the week!!!!  Need to spend the next few days getting back into my exercise program... not happy with the scale at all this week!!!

My plan with the exception to dinner as we are taking my mom out to eat for her birthday...

This has been anything BUT a Faithful February for me....

So, March has to improve.

However, for today - I will be on track

Lot's and lot's of liquids... Not enough water and seriously retaining fluid - to a painful point
B-Oatmeal
L-Black bean soup & small salad
S-Orange
D-Not sure yet, but will be protein & veggies; no bread!!!

Did better this week as I finally made it back to the gym - legs feel like spaghetti....  Arms are next!

morning!

I'm hangin in there. Will have some time this weekend to cook and refocus.  I did get spinach and spring mix for salads and some of those WW point soups for next week.  Trying to lighten it up some.  I'm ready for more fresh and summer foods.

I also do want to focus on LOSING a few pounds. Only 3 or 4 and it's just 'bonus' pounds I gathered over the month.

I need to run away from the Easter Bunny...damn those EGGS!!!!!  I won't even weigh cuz I'm in serious denial.  Plan for today...will start with a Western Bagel with peanut butter cuz I've had protein shakes for the last 4 days.  Lunch is probably gonna be ham/cheese on sandwich thin and dinner will be goulash (hamburger, bell peppers, onions, tomato soup and macaroni).  Will go heavy on the meat stuff and lighter on the pasta.

There's a strange thing I see sitting in my den...I believe it's an exercise bike...Hmm, might check it out today.  Will heat up the hot tub just in case I need it afterward.

**Tom Thumb**SALE ALERT** London Broil for $1.88/lb this week.  I'll probably go buy 5-6 of them and freeze them.
