Pro Joe drink
chef salad for lunch
chicken n dumpling leftovers for dinner

Good morning!!!  I like the new name Karla....sounds good to me!  The scale isn't being kind this week and I know it's because I haven't been able to get to the gym most of last week and this week.  Going to start back on Saturday... as I won't have time to go until then!
