Why does cold, cold weather make me want comfort food? crazy, but I've noticed a pattern this winter since we've had some super cold weather several times this year.
Plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Atkins or click shake
beef barley soup for lunch
chicken dumpling soup for dinner

Good Morning!!!! You are so right with the cold weather and the comfort food!!! Only problem is my band doesn't like comfort food!!!!! This weekend was a prime example..... don't plan on repeating that anytime soon!!! To think a stupid onion ring caused all that!!!!

My plan for today is to have the other 1/2 of the breakfast and lunch I packed yesterday. Apparently, with the EAT everything in sight weekend still in my head, I figured I could eat way more than I really could. It's a good thing, for sure.
I need to go for more protein and keep the water intake. Feel the need for some veggies and soup and 'clean' type foods. Will work on that at some point this week.
