PAIGE-will you tell us again which "food diary" thingie you use, and how you get it to fit on here so perfectly? My fitday is always too large to fit..

My plan is like a broken record this week..but that's okay--it's keeping me on track. I got "too busy" yesterday and never had my yogurt or pudding...my bad...will be better today...

Good morning.  We had a late start this morning...don't have to be at wor****il 9:30 and kids start at 10:00 so I slept in until after 6:30.

Thanks for cranking it up Paige...feel free to do so whenever you want to!

I've gone a little bonkers eating cookies and things I shouldn't the past couple of days.  I need to tighten up my belt.  Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
chef salad for lunch
leftoverchicken n dumplings for dinner

I've gotten sort of lax about tracking everything this last week. I start out in the morning OK but by noon I've changed things and am no longer following the daily plan. That's where I screw up! So I'm back to planning the daily meals. However, I lost 3# this week so maybe I should wing it a little longer!
