OT shopping help!!! Slacks for work

Ok yall know me.. the only female on the planet that hates to shop (for myself anyway lol).  I desperately need slacks for work.. i have 2 pair that fit and my 20something co worker told me it was time for new ones. I thought they were fine, but apparantly the day i left the belt at home is what clued her in. 
anyway.. where do you girls go to find nice yet not horribly expensive slacks? I need medium ride as i have a huge muffin top and no one needs to see it hanging over my slacks. 
Shopping was so much easier when i was fat! lol.

I still like Catos, the prices are reasonable and I'm not into expensive.....give me more for my money.  You should probably check Macy's too.  Their sales are usually awesome and Kohls too.

Try NY&co because they were having a buy 1 get one free and they have all kinds of rises and sizes. Also Khols - lee has a comfort rise or something like that that has some give to help with the muffin top. I don't like shopping that much either. .

would love to take you shopping!! Try the Texas Family Thrift. They have loads of pants, and not more than 5-6 dollars a pair!!

Where is that Thrift store???  I love thrift store shopping. 

There are several in the DFW area, I go to the one in Haltom City! The proceeds go to the Juvenille diabetes Foundation and I have found amazing clothes there. Some still have their store price tags. Dana Buchman brown Leather pants...$3 marked down to$1.50. Last time I went I came home with 27 items for abot $40!! I love clothes!

Last time I was there I got my Steve Madden Boots for $6.99 and not a scuff on them. Bought skirts, slacks, 3 pair of boots and jeans for the kid and spent $35.  They have a different color tag each day that is "HALF OFF" the marked price.  They get their major NEW stuff out on the floor on Thursday's.

Teena - there is one in Garland  It's on Miller between First & Glenbrook.  Stephanie G took me there - it's great!  I'm pretty sure it's a sister store to the one in Haltom City that Meggie likes.
