Wow it has been ah=wile since I've been here.  It is hard to believe on March 9th it will be 5 years for me.  It has been a wild exciting ride.  My highest weight ever was 348 at surgery I was 315 and today I maintain at about 160 - 165.
Lots of new names and faces around here I look forward to getting back into supporting my friends again.

More soon,

Jeannie

348 - 165

Congratulations on maintaining for 5 years!  That gives me hope that I can do it, too.

How is your labwork?  Any issues with vitamin deficiencies or iron levels?
