Is There Going Toi Be An RYD Event This Year?
The OH event in Houston seems SO far off, being 9 months away .. I also noticed that OH mentions in their program description that, 'due to overwhelming popular demand, the same speakers will be speaking this year as last", or some such claim .. Not to diss any of the speakers from before, but c'mon OH .. 
It sounds like the powers-that-be just didn't care about trying to recruit any new speakers this year (or maybe couldn't?). In the past, there were always a few fresh speakers at each event. Someone has already mentioned how last year's event was so pre-op band-oriented that it seemed like post-ops and non-banders were left out and that there nothing interesting for them .. 
The way things are going, I really wonder if eventually there will soon be just one event each year for OH, probably near HQ in CA.

You obviously have not been paying attention to the postings on the Conference. They are adding a veterans discussion. And all of the speakers are coming up with new stuff. Of course the sessions for the newbies will be the same, but according to Kim, the breakout sessions will be changing.
