Faithful February Thursday

Here we are already to the 18th of Feb.  My how time flies!

My plan for today: 

lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
SBUX or McDonalds sf iced coffee
Atkins shake
lunch...something from freezer
dinner...my dad's cooking me chicken

Good morning, KARLA! As usual, I haven't been "faithful" to posting like I should, but my eating/drinking has been pretty good...exercise..not so much...as in non-existant, except for 90,000 trips down long work halls...

I had to use 1 scoop Click with 1 scoop Any Whey yesterday cuz I ran out of Click...bummer..but new container of Click arrived yesterday afternoon-WOOHOO!...I'm hooked..I've been mixing it with half coffee/half skim milk..YUM..

S: PB and celery

L: Chicken breast/veggies

S: RF cheese/apple/protein coffee somewhere in there

D: Probably Shake-been trying to just drink at night-pouch been kinda grouchy lately if I eat heavier at night

Good morning so far, woke up early and spent 45 min. on my treadmill, spent some time thinking about my meal plan, and even manged to start journaling too.

I have lots on my mind.  Not bad things, actually, I think I’m pretty happy right now.  I’m moving into a new house and I’m excited.  I’ve got lots of work to do, but lots of help too.  Crazy thing is that I think, and as crazy as this may seem, I’ve got some “fear" going on.  This is not a good thing for me.  Fear turns me into a crazy nut, and lately I’ve come to realize/accept that it causes me to miss-use my food.

I woke up early to spend some time with my higher power.  I know that the key to my issue is turning it over to my HP, and not trying to control everything.  (This is HUGE for me)

So….that being said, following is my master plan for TODAY:

Goals: 
Exercise 
Take my vitamins
Drink my water
OA Meeting

Meals:
B: Protein Shake
L: Ham & Cheese w/ Mustard & pork skins
S: Turkey, Cream Cheese & Egg Whites
D: Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Lite Italian Dressing
S: Protein Shake

Good morning!!!  Really need to go to the gym tonight since I will be leaving tomorrow for some peep time!!!  However, it's support group night so I will be headed there instead....

Plan for today:
B: Click
S: greek yogurt
L: chili
S:100 cal. snack
D: chicken taco soup
S: Believe

Oh and let me just put this out there.....
Girl Scout cookies are EVIL!!!!!!!

Good morning, here's my plan for today

Breakfast: SF zucchini bread (already ate it)
Lunch: Olive Garden salad with LF dressing
Dinner: Grilled Sirloin Steak and small baked potato

This thread might go AWOL for the weekend cuz we might not be available to post or truth be known-we might not want to post what we're eating and drinking!!

I've been negligent in posting but I doubt it's been missed. I've been doing OK but my calories count has been creeping close to 900 a day. Maybe I needed it, I'm still losing my 1.5 a week. But I DO need to get some regular exercise going.

Today's plan.....

Pre B....chai tea
B...cottage cheese
L...SW chicken
D....probably ham and sweet potato,
S...not sure
LNS...Fage cheesecake and/or chai tea
