Question about food
I brown bag it to work everyday. I normally bring a good meal. Like meat loaf and a couple of sides of veggies. I often eat them cold. They were cooked originally, I just don't mind them cold. And it is easier when I am sitting at my desk, rather than having to log out my phone and go to the microwave.
Is there anything nutritionally proven wrong with that?

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
I hope not, because I'll eat just about anything cold.... there's nothing like my Grandmother's leftover yellow squash straight out of the fridge the next morning... LOL

GEORGE-it doesn't change the nutritional value, if that's what you mean. When I take chicken and veggies they are almost always eaten cold, cuz it seems someone is always hogging the microwave or I'm too lazy to walk down the hall to the breakroom.
As long as the cold doesn't make the food "tough" to where it would upset your gut, I'd say go for it
