GOOD MORNING! Its Thankful Thursday-so what are you thankful for?

Its Thursday- what are you thankful for today? I'm thankful for my friends on here. You are my family of choice and I love each and every one of you. I'm thankful for my wonderful family as well-esp my incredible husband-he's going to have to take on yet another few weeks of chores and taking me places and taking care of Chris, etc while I'm laid up. I'm so lucky to have him and the wonderful people in my life.
Steph- thanks for the work you've done for the cruise. I can't wait!!

Good Morning Train!

WOOOHOOOO Thursday of a short work week and I'm home on the couch... LOL  Son has court again today, so I'm working a half day from the couch and then going in with him again.... It's just a routine hearing, but I'm getting so tired of all of this... sigh.... It's also his 28th birthday today... So hopefully everything will go well and we can go celebrate with dinner out somewhere afterwards! 

Prayers are going out to all that need them!

We didn't have much time

Were at the best place around

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

Today I am greatful for the time I get to be Mom to Tim and Grandma to Jon.   I never thought being a Grandma would feel so good but I sure love it.  Everytime they leave to head back to VA I think it will be a little easier knowing I will see them again in a couple of weeks, but its not and I cry.  Oh well that was yesterday and today is a new day.  We are having a trial run this morning for when I am gone next week.  Eric got himself up, and getting his own medicine, and will continue to do all the things he needs to do before school without asking me.  We are pretending I am not here.  Sounds crazy I know but I worry about that kind of stuff, when I am not here.  I am sure Mark will make sure he gets off ok but you know it's Mom's job.  My plane leaves Saturday morning at 10:00 am from Baltimore MD so that means leaving here around 5:00 to get me to the airport three hours early.  I am looking forward to spending some time with my Mom and Dad, and seeing all my cousins, and my Uncle.  Hope it warms up in FLorida so I can get some sun.  I need it to boost my spirits.  I am in such a funk these days and it has everything to do with the weather I am sure of it.  It's that seasonal depression thing.  Anyway I really need to get packing and do laundry and clean house over the next couple of days.  Just need the energy to do so.  Oh well.  Karen I hope things go well in court this morning.  It sure does not seem fare that he has to keep going like that!  Ok side note here....letting Eric do things for himself...he just took his night time medicine instead of his daytime medicine so that means he wont be going to school.  The night time stuff slows him way down and makes him kind of loopy before he sleeps for 8 hours.  Guess Mark will have to make sure he takes his medicine before he goes off to school!  Ok..prayers this morning for all the spoken and unspoken needs.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys

Good morning.  I'm thankful for Aleve because I woke up at 4:00 am with a splitting headache.  I took some and it's better now!  I guess I was sleeping a little too hard and clenching my jaws.  I'll go get on my inversion table and hang upside down for a while in a bit.

I'm working 1/2 day and then leaving to stay with my dad in Wimberly, then will visit great friends and come home Sunday.  I'm so looking forward to the weekend.

hey there,
hope your head is better by now. Does the inversion table thinggy work?

My head is better...aleve and hanging upside down worked.  I clamp my jaws shut tight too when I sleep...if I would use my inversion table everyday it would be better.
