question??
MEGGIE-I'm not seeing this until Thursday morning-hopefully you feel LOTS better now. What usually works for ME is lukewarm peppermint tea ****ep "Refresh" teabags on hand-bought them at SBX). That and a heating pad to the gut.
From a "prescription" standpoint-next time you visit your doc, you might want to ask for some anti-nausea gel/cream-like Phenergan-that you can rub on your wrist (or nay pulse point, but wrists are easiest). We use it alot on folks that cannot swallow or are too nauseated to stand something in their mouths-works well and QUICKLY. The med can also be mixed (by the pharmacist) with some anti-anxiety, that makes the Phnergan work even better/faster.
You can't stay hydrated when you can't keep stuff down-so go do WHATEVER you have to do!!!
