question??
sweetie, I always always keep peppermint gum with me to hold me over until I can get something else. Papaya, tums, nauzene, and my Papa always had a shot of Peppermint schnapps. Now my Nanny always had butter bread sprinkled with pepper.
I'm seeing a theme here..lol.

Meggie,
I have suffered with severe nausea off and on for 5 years (not to mention my 4 pregnancies).
Ginger root is available in the produce section. You slice of chop a small amount, place in boiling water for 1 - 2 minutes and then steep to taste.
You do NOT have to drink it hot. You can allow it to cool to room temperature and even drink it over ice.
I LOVE the taste and best of all -- it's natural and it WORKS!
Don't let the "tea" part get you stuck on thinking it must be consumed hot or even warm.
Try it.
If you don't like to drink it -- you can even take small pieces and just chew on it or suck on it in your mouth. The taste is very pleasant and that eliminates the water issue completely.
I hope this information helps and you are feeling better soon!
Vanessa
I have two sides to my brain - a right side and a left side. The trouble is sometimes there is nothing left in the right side and nothing right in the left side.
