Tuesday- Read in your bathtub Express

Today is National Read in the Tub Day, so in honor of that I've put a few cars on with hot tubs -far better than a bathtub- and a host of reading materials. Hop in a hot tub to warm up and have a great day!

GOOD MORNING! I'm actually not a bath kind of person-just every once in a while. I get bored too easily. when I had a bad chest cold last year, Bryan moved the laptop in there and made me soak while watching episodes of MA**** worked- I felt better. I haven't found a good way to read without getting the magazine or book yet though.

I realized last night I never posted-oops! I meant to. I just got busy in the morning and then I spent 3 1/2 hours in the dentist chair, went to pick up a few things at the story, got frozen yogurt at Yogurt Story-YUM- and then came home and vegged the rest of the night. My mouth is huting this morning where he gave me all those injections. Not fun! I couldn't lay flat because it throbbed so I was on a few pillows on the couch all night but my travel alarm broke. So, I asked Miss Liz if she was up could she call me-she did. THANKS LIZ!! I'm sorry you were up so early!


Michelle-how long are Tim and John staying? Karen,Kathy, Karla and others that were off-hope you had a great day yesterday.

Off to another fun filled day. I've had a 4 day weekend so I'm sure I'll stay busy today!

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

I am really not a bath person either Alissa but if I have a good book to read then I will take one about once a week.  It seems the only place I can go with no distractions.  My poor hubby, has been on call for ever it seems like.  He worked all day yesterday and Saturday and then got a call about midnight last night and did not get home till after 2.  Poor guy is now up and ready to go to work.  I sure hope he can pass off the on call thing.  He promised me dinner out tonight for Valentines day.  Having a good visit with Tim and Jon.  They will be here till late tomorrow afternoon.  So I actually got three full days.  It was cute yesterday Tim and I and Jon went to Target, and when we got to the gate at the base coming home Jon was in the back yelling Gramdas house Grandmas House.  I love that he knows and is excited about it.  We did not get any extra snow last night, but yet Eric's school has a two hour delay.  I just dont understand it.  Do they want them to go to school all summer???  I am begining to wonder.  Not sure what we are going to do today.  Maybe go over to the base exchange and wonder around we will see.  Well guess that is about it for me!  Prayers this morning for all in need, and big ones for Meggie, Eric and Jenn, those going back to work today and those looking for work.  Gina I hope you are feeling a little better with each day!  Must almost be time for the Princess walk in Florida right?  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.

I know here in Texas as long as they're in school part of the day, it won't count as a snow day that doesn't need making up. Maybe that's why they didn't mind a delayed start in case of more snow/ice. Who knows.
I hope Mark doesn't fall asleep in his food tonight at the restaurant. Poor guy! Hope he gets a regular nights sleep soon.

WOOOOHOOOO for Tuesday!  I'm hoping it's not a Tuesday that feels like a Monday at work LOL  I had a great day off, actually fiddled with the DH's computer off and on all weekend long and finally got it back up and running last night.... when fiddling works it's great when it doesn't it's a pain...   It had a bad virus in the boot sector, I keep telling him he's got to stop visiting 'those' web sites....   At least I got it fixed so now I don't have to worry about him playing on my laptop and hosing it up too...

Prayers are going out to all that need them!

national read in the tub day huh? I might just give that a try latter today, esp since the teen is off and could hopefully keep Rachy distracted - I hop in the tub with her once in a while but it is not a relaxing time LOL it is normally when she is covered in marker or something and doesn't want to bath,

had one of those moments last nigth when all was right in my world - my room was all clean, new sheets on the made bed, desk clear, kids all alseep and I had my touch and a glass of wine and just relaxed while I read part of a chap in psy - just felt good! queit with working technology and I KNOW when I'll get to talk to Tim next

this mornings shapping up pretty well too - all the tech peices seem to be working, K still snozzing, Rach is sitting  in my lap playign with Lilly, a counting frog from grandma Que, it plays NON anoying music if you can believe such a kids toys exsists  -

wanted to walk K to school but it is suppose to b e 27 degrees and that is a little extreem even for me - so will go to the gym latter school stuff of course but thinking I really am going to soak in the tub latter - wow that means I get to read non school stuff - not taking the laptop or touch in the tub

remember to take care of your health - HEALTH was the goal with surgery so you got it now LIVE it - don't fuss just drink your water, get your protien in and move your body!!!

Good morning.  I already got up and rode my bike for 30 minutes.   I only work 2.5 days this week, so yippee!  Leaving on Thurs. at noon to go to Wimberly to visit my dad.  I have 2 ARD meetings this morning.  One is good...kid finished his credit recovery courses and is adding on a period of the work program.  The other...kid sent to AEP for inappropriate bus activites. Hmmmm.....AP said he'll spare us the details.  I'm going with my sister and BIL to our girls playoff basketball game in Humble after work.  They've won almost all their games this year and I know a lot of players so should be fun, plus I think my niece is cheering.  Enjoyed my day off...got my homebound student taught for the week, finished the back of Ben's quilt and did laundry.

Good morning!!!  Felt like I spent my 3 day weekend doing nothing but running errands!  Working on some final plans for the cruise and one way or another hope to book my room tonight (if the moon and stars are aligned just right...hehehe)!!

Looking forward to the weekend with the girls....going to make for along week ahead though!!!!
