I'm posting a little early...have had a late day due to a playoff basketball game and will sleep in a little later and then rush off to work in the morning.

My plan for Wednesday:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click
chef salad for lunch
steak quesadilla for dinner

 I'm up early, but could not get myself on the treadmill.  Why????  Not sure, maybe just lazy.  Hopefully I'll make time to get on this evening.

I think my hormones are "whacked" today because I don't want to do anything.  I've got some "stinking thinking" going on too.  

Today's Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Ham, Cheese, Pork Skins
S: Protein Shake
D: Grilled Chicken and veggie
S:  Either Turkey, Cream Cheese and pork Skins or Protein Shake

Hmm, I need a plan...

Breakfast: bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: slice of pizza (CAN'T LET THE LEFTOVERS GO TO WASTE)
Dinner: beef fajita's-meat, cheese and veggies only

Stayed up too late last nigh****ching the Olympics and didn't have time to post this morning.... I went to the gym Mon/Tues too tired tonight to go so maybe I will just go upstairs and hop on the treadmill.... or not!!!
