BS from 15th

I ate a lot of calories and a lot of carbs. Most of the carbs were good carbs except for about 40 g. Beans, soy crips, kashi ceral is where my carbs came in. My missing ingredient I know in this whole babysteps process is exercise. Gotta get my mind set for that. I wont be posting a whole lot this week, I am out of town and the parents dont have internet at their house.
