Faithful February Tuesday
Back to the grind food wise...got to "tighten up the belt" for a few days to enjoy my long weekend ahead.
My homebound student chose Taco bell for lunch yesterday. Not my best food choices, but it sure was good! I had no other food with me because we were going to my office to work and she said she didn't feel like it, so I was stuck for 4 hours with no food or drinks. I drank, drank, drank when I got home. Thank heavens I already had 68 oz. down before I went.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins or Click shake
Chef Salad w/ lite Caesar dressing for lunch
Supper is up for grabs...going to Humble for a basketball game

Doc called to check on me yesterday. Not happy w/weightloss continuing actually wondered if I could drink milkshakes!!! We decided on me getting some higher calorie protein drinks! Good Sis is going after them for me today. Plan for today

Still not OVERthinking my food and that feels really good. I have my eggs and cheese for brekkie.. getting real sick of that.
lunch - if and when I eat it is a beef patty with tomato, pickle cheese on sandwich thin.. glorified hamburger. extremely tired of lunch meat but really couldn't think of anything different.
I really need to up my water today as I had some 'homemade' chinese last night and it was very salty. Had a chicken breast, and marinated and stir fried in some ginger garlic stuff, threw in my leftover spaghetti noodles and the sesame sticks from Walgreens! it was good! Boy very very salty..
let's keep at it for at least two more days, right??
