I may just be a weirdo, but I gained my weight when I stopped weighing myself daily.  I have to keep track of it daily to keep myself in check.  Hopefully you are not the same way, but if you are, you can't be afraid to do it.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

George I am like you.  When I got lazy and comfortable and quit  weighing everyday I started gaining.  So it's back to what was workiing for me.

Surgery weight:  250
Todays weight 153
Total lost:  97

It's sad because I was down at 147 and I let it creep back on during the holidays.  I have started having things I would have NEVER considered having before the holidays.  Time to put a stop to it all.  Honestly I am down 1.5 pounds from the highest so it's coming off but like many have said it is MUCH slower than it went off the first time.

I understand.  You have so many people saying that they won't become slaves to the hag, but if I DON'T weigh daily or every other day, I don't know waht is truely going on.  It does keep me on top of things.  Thanks for playing and I hope you keep coming back...

Hugs, Mari

I weigh every other day, sometimes every day, but try not to be too obsessed about it!  It keeps me "in-tune" with what is going on with me.  Of course, if I eat something I know I shouldn't have, I don't have to hop on the Hag to know what is going on.  But reporting in here, does give you a certain amount of accountability.  Thanks for playing.

Hugs, Mari

I gained 2.6 lbs. but I don't care.  I was in San Francisco, had a few too many adult beverages; then I was sick and doughnuts made me feel better and I had 7-1/2 hours flight time.  So THERE!

I'm mid-range of my acceptable bounce, so no fretting allowed.

OMG I would love to have a donut, but know I don't dare!  But just the thought...hmmmmmm Yummy! OK, there was my little fantasy for the day!

Staying in bouncing range is fine--traveling and sticking with it is really hard!
Hugs, Mari

Am glad that King is OK, but sure wish you had some answers to the chest pain thing!

Thanks for the shout out to King - he's snoozing away the pain meds, morphine and phenergan ... I'm sure he's down for the count tonight.
