Okay decided I will start playing along on Mondays!!! Trying really hard not jump on the scale everyday...

George I am like you. When I got lazy and comfortable and quit weighing everyday I started gaining. So it's back to what was workiing for me.

It's sad because I was down at 147 and I let it creep back on during the holidays. I have started having things I would have NEVER considered having before the holidays. Time to put a stop to it all. Honestly I am down 1.5 pounds from the highest so it's coming off but like many have said it is MUCH slower than it went off the first time.

I weigh every other day, sometimes every day, but try not to be too obsessed about it! It keeps me "in-tune" with what is going on with me. Of course, if I eat something I know I shouldn't have, I don't have to hop on the Hag to know what is going on. But reporting in here, does give you a certain amount of accountability. Well, progress. That is all I ask for. Progress. I was successful again. Gotta keep it up. Even if it is just 1 lb a week, I want progress.
