Faithful February Sunday
Well...my heart's not totally in this for the past few days but I'm still maintaining. I am faithful to getting in my protein and liquids. I guess that's something.
Plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
sushi for lunch
don't know for dinner
maybe a SBUX if I feel like it

didn't even bother with the scale this morning. Progress, who knows. I am going to protein up for breakfast, then out for some lunch with my BFF who can't make it for next weekend.
I will do some cooking up today for te short week like eggs and some chicken. didn't get any lunch meat when I spent way too much on groceries last week.

So far I've been doing a good job w/ maintaining this weekend. I got on my scale this morning and things look good.
Today's plan isn't set in stone, but I'm hoping to focus on healthy food choice. I have plans to restock on vitamins and groceries. Working on my list, right now.

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Hubby cooked me breakfast which was so sweet, but I've had too many carbs today. We did go to the movies, but I avoided all the snacky stuff there. Afterwards, a light lunch where I ate 1/2 a turkey sandwich, so again not bad. Dinner is going to be sushi - all protein. So, except for the chocolate dipped strawberries today - Not a bad day at all.
On track for next week :) Hovering at goal and sticking there - went shopping and dropped another full pant size - feels good, but really hate the thigh skin.... URGGGG!

I haven't weighed in about 10 days. Yup, me!! I'm finally getting away from the having to weigh everyday thing. I had no plan for today. Valentine's Day was nothing special around here. Let's see what I did eat...
Breakfast: 110 calorie bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: nothing
Snack: SF zucchini bread
snack: roasted marshmallows (4)
Dinner: one slice of pork loin, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup gravy.
