Wow...2 weeks into February already...we're halfway through.  I have made absolutely no progress and that's not good.

Plan for today (not my best)

lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
Click or Atkins shake
taking my homebound student to lunch...don't know what she'll pick
leftover steak and spinach for dinner

Good morning.... the scale is down again!!  I have my new lowest weight...hoping this will continue for another 2-3lbs!!!   Getting ready to drop the kids off at school and then it's off to the gym this morning.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: one slice extra cheese pizza
Snack: SF zucchini bread
Dinner: no earthly idea....

i'm here. Really I am. Ate so much crap yesterday including CANDY.. yep, me, candy! An entire bag of sour patch gummies and another of bridge mix. I don't even like that stuff. But scale was nice. Back to the protein..

well, after nachos, mashers w/cheese. 1/2 box sf chocolates and a few bites of chicken I was back down 1lb?!?! Plan for today

lots of fluids
eggo w/peanut butter
1/2 single serve pep pizza w/xtra cheese
protein drink
other 1/2 pizza
nachos

Doc called out of the blue just to check on me. He is concerned I am still losing weight with as much high cal food I am eating so he wants me on a higher calorie protein drink. Will see if sis Chan will take me to Vitamin Shop tomorrow.

Get to go to the Original tonight to hear my friend sing and eat dinner! That is my outing for the day, I haven't been since Christmas and am really excited to get out. Been good all day and rested so I can go!!
