My surgeon wasn't too thrilled at my one yr appt in Dec that I hadn't lost more, but I think this is a good number considering how severely anemic I was, for 7 months of that period before they got me taken care of with the iron infusions...now I'm not so sluggish and I'm kicking butts and taking names in the gym!
