Anyone know how to copy the whole thing from daily plate? I may have to use something else. Oh well, ate well, 1700 calories. High carbs again but the only "bad" carbs were some yukon gold potatoes tossed in olive oil and baked and then 4 pillsbury savorings. Over 100 g prot again.

JOHN-Paige told us a couple of weeks ago how she copied all her stuff to her..but, of course, I don't remember all that "Control C" techno talk--bet she can make YOU understand it, though!
Those potatoes are NOT "bad" carbs, the way you prepared them.."bad" would be in a yellow package with "Lay's" across the front...

I'm reading the BS posts too John!! Don't give up, you have plenty of support!! I majorly sucked on my eating all weekend long, but we ate out a lot! I need to get my butt in gear and cook at home! This eating out 2 meals a day is wreaking havoc on any type of plain I might be able to come up with! I just can't seem to cook for 2 and I feel like I waste sooo much food. Bill and I are not real good about leftovers as my fridge will attest...pretty sure there are some science projects in there!! LOL
