I'm back! No worse for the wear after getting in liquids and protein and eating whatever otherwise...same wt so I'll take it.

my plan is cooking and cleaning today so I'm not sure of my plan for food itself.
I am going to force myself to eat since I get so busy and it seems coffee is the only must I get.
